At Nighthawk Custom, we’re a team of passionate craftsmen and firearms enthusiasts dedicated to building the world’s finest 1911 pistols. Based in Berryville, Arkansas, Nighthawk is an unapologetic celebration of the American craftsman, shaped around a unique philosophy: “One Gun, One Gunsmith™.” Each Nighthawk pistol is built by a single gunsmith—every individual part hand-fit and polished, every detail perfected.

We believe a firearm should be more than a tool—it should be a functional work of art. That’s why we use only Fully Machined™ billet steel parts, intentionally milled oversized and then meticulously hand-fit using files and sanding sticks. The result is unmatched performance, reliability, and longevity. We build to a standard—not a price point—and that standard is excellence.

In addition to our 1911s, we proudly carry on the legacy of Cooper Firearms of Montana, now Cooper Rifles of Arkansas. These precision bolt-action rifles are crafted in-house by our skilled team, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. We’re also the exclusive U.S. importer of Korth revolvers and Cosmi shotguns—renowned for their heritage, performance, and craftsmanship.

Since our founding in 2004, Nighthawk Custom has grown from a small group of 1911 enthusiasts into a world-renowned name in precision firearms—without ever compromising our values or craftsmanship.
